Kate Mahoney

Kate Mahoney is the Vice President of Human Resources for Magellan Development Group and its affiliates. Since joining Magellan in 2005, Kate has provided executive‐level leadership and guidance by offering direction and oversight into Human Resources strategy and operations including Employee Benefits Design, Compensation, Compliance, Performance Management, Union Relations, Recruiting, Succession Planning, Payroll, and Onboarding. Kate enjoys playing a vital role in aligning Human Resources with Magellan’s business and organizational goals.
Kate earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
