Kathy Schaack

Kathy Schaack is a vice president of architecture and design for Magellan Development Group LLC. Her primary responsibilities include the coordination of projects from design through project close-out. She works closely with Project Owners, City Officials, Contractors, Engineers and Consultants. Through coordination of the architectural staff and outside consultants and a close working relationship with the Owners and General Contractors she helps to ensure the projects’ success.

Kathy currently sits on the Board of Heartland Housing, a non-profit organization who is a leader in developing and managing affordable housing and sparking community revitalization. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Valparaiso University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
