Ryan Schell

Ryan Schell is the Vice President of Development for Magellan Development Group LLC, where he is primarily responsible for managing the company’s residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development activities across the country. In addition to this key role, Ryan leads strategic initiatives related to asset management and development.

Prior to joining Magellan, Ryan worked at Bedrock, where he managed mixed-use development projects in Detroit, Michigan.

Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Junior Board member of the Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Urban Planning degrees from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
