Sherri Cuda is the Vice President of Residential Asset Management for Magellan Development Group. Joining Magellan in 2008, Sherri made an immediate impact onsite, acquiring valuable insights into budgeting and operational efficiencies. She has overseen numerous large-scale lease-ups in Chicago, Minneapolis, Nashville, Miami, Austin, and Boston. Sherri’s specialized skill set, combining market positioning, development, and asset management, enables her to approach projects from the perspectives of a resident, operator, and owner.  With a proven history of achievements in multifamily and mixed-use projects, Sherri serves as a reliable strategic consultant across the entire development lifecycle. Sherri earned her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.
